Avocado Smoothie

What you need:

  • 1 ripe avocado, halved, seeded, and peeled
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • salt (optional)
  • 2 cup ice

How to make it:

  1. In a blender combine avocado, banana, orange juice, plain Greek yogurt, honey, grated fresh ginger, and a dash of salt, if desired. Cover and blend until smooth. Add 2 cups ice; blend until smooth.
