Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

Things to prepare:

  • 2 cups carrots roughly chopped.
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice.
  • 3/4 cup ice cubes.
  • 2 cups water.
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger peeled.
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar.

Steps to make it:

  • In a blender, combine soy milk, oats, banana and strawberries. Add vanilla and sugar if desired. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
